Fantastic bank that has always helped me with advice even without an appointment on occasion. I particular, Carl, one of the managers, has been extremely helpful with our mortgage and any follow up queries we might have had. I would certainly recommend both this branch and Carl to friends and family.
All in all, a good bank with great people.

What's wrong with you guys ? I came 3 times in that branch to confirm the account I opened online. I had to deal every time with the same stubborn persons (yes, blond young lady, I'm mainly talking about you !). Finally, they offered me a new appointment to open a new sort code without any reason, since I did it a few days before and I only had to prove my identity. Sorry, but I give up.
How can you make me so unsatisfied and I'm not even a Lloyds customer yet ! Fortunately, there's no shortage of rival banks on the Parade.

Very poor service and some patronising staff. Examples are being told you can internet bank at the cashier tills and even when you express a preference to do some things in branch they talk "at you" like you are vacuous. Truculent attitude by counter staff who rarely greet you like they want to serve you and feel 1 foot tall because they don't make eye contact and are like automatons. Sad reflection of modern service levels in many places. The human touch is now android.

Terrible! I made my instructions clearly and loud with the staff in Leamington SPA branch to close down my account back in January 2020 as moving abroad but only find out(by pure luck) my account is still live. Worst I have been charged for account fees for the past seven months out of nothing! I am shocked and speechless! They won't even allow you to get rid of them! Pure daylight robbery. Avoid if you can. Totally upset with them.

The worst banking experience! Bank anywhere else. This place is an absolute joke and their staff is untrained and unhelpful!

Every time I've been in here, there has been a problem. One cashier on only. Lots of staff wandering about not doing an awful lot and terrible computer systems not working. I've had to come in every day for the last 2 weeks due to my job and the wait is always long, even though there's barely any customers in. There has been a problem with the computers for over a week. This should have been sorted by now. Coming in at 9am to watch staff only just logging in isn't good enough. Everything should already be up and running ready for the day.

A friend of mine, a Lloyds customer urgently needed £20 to keep his electricity going during these hard times. I was told that I can’t put cash into his account due to money laundering policy!!?

I’m no expert, but surly money laundry would not work with such small amounts and that is tantamount to neglect of an ill man in a desperate situation!!
