Nice building (hence the two stars), but I have had a number of issues here. A lot of miscommunications, and not a lot of feedback of why things are going wrong. Very difficult understanding the people behind the booths because they're behind glass. The staff are friendly, but I'm always frustrated when I go in there because they tell me everything fine, but I'm waiting ages to simply receive my pin, or log into my savers, due to their mistakes. I get if you're having one bad day and make a mistake, but when it's repetitive it makes you wanna move banks.
