New rearrangement has moved away physical cashier instead few more self machines are installed.

Customer service was not very helpful, I remember I was misguided when I asked her to print my bank statement for a month and it was showing around 7 pages and I was told they can only print one page and if I need all pages only option is to order it which will take 6 or 7 working days. Was very unhappy went to another branch got the full months print out. What a poor and misguided service!

This branch is really terrible for the customers.
No customer service at all. One manager called Raj, his behaviour is the worst. They don't know how to deal with the problems and sought it out. But another person called Stan he is only the most helpful guy of this Branch. Really need to appreciate his behaviour and service 👌🏻👏🏻
For rest of others isn't just worst👎🏻

why this type of bank exits in uk I do not understand.

they opened my account send me debit card and also PIN number.

when I reached bank to unlock the pin its shows unavailable.so, I called this branch assistance she check my card and said sorry, we closed your account and also tear down my debit card with out my permissions . I asked what was the reason she said we don't know our bank send the letter which arrived to you tomorrow.

I must say this is a very pathetic system of this bank if I'm not eligible or something else reason then just mailed me we sorry we can not open your account. with out any mails without any letter they does not have rights to close my ""open bank account"" (because I got my debit card , account number and PIN number) and wasting my time .

Very rude cashier tell me to bring straight money to the bank after 4 years I been to the bank got the poor service in East Ham
None of them are helpful apart from a short lady

5 years ago I been this bank and had bad experience. I saw so many new face maybe service policy has been changed. Surprisingly staff changed but service remain same. Little man maybe manager running like headless chicken and casher are rude

Terrible branch. Rude customer service, even the manager seems to speak rudely, staff are always misinformed about policies. Mrs went into branch 3 times just to open kids saving account. No clear advice on anything. I appreciate its corona virus and times are hard but this is ridiculous. This is a multi ethnical area, so the staff have to understand that sometimes you need to speak to people with humility.i saw a customer who's English wasn't great and the so called manager come outside and tell her he can't open our help her with the phone to open account, she has to do it online! Which is fine but the tone he used seemed like he was telling her he couldn't care less whether she opens an account or not.
