Walked into the branch and to the Premier reception desk. What a mistake. Waited 15mins with no one around and had to step in and grab someone to give my phone number to call me when they had time. Took 48hrs for me to receive a call back and to offer an appointment in 1 weeks time......
All....I could do was laugh and hang up the phone.

Had mixed service over the many years I have been with them. Overall online accounts work well and front line staff in the banking hall are very helpful. Duid have some bad experience with one of the investment managers some years ago cancelling my meeting with him after I had been waiting a long time. He told me he would be a further 30 minutes which made an hours wait, no apology just instruction.. I obviously left and complained about this. I no longer keep investments with them but happy with the current and savings service.

Totally unimpressed, I feel they could learn alot from the attitude and service of Sittingbourne branch.
In name, my partner is a, "premier customer" but it appears a very unhelpful and long winded situation for a very simple transaction!

Useless staff that will stand there and pretend to listen and understand what you are saying but can't actually do anything other than push buttons. Been with this branch for 8+ years and opened with a basic account have tried to upgrade numerous times only to be told computer says no, with no explanation as to why. I earn 36k + have a mortgage, equity in the house, credit card, no loans and no debts. Last try cost me 100 points on my Equifax score which was at 879. Even when you call to try and understand the problem they say they can't deal with it on the phone. Have only stayed with them for convenience sake up until now but am changing today. Also on several occasions been dealt with buy staff who come across rude and half arsed.

Absolutely appalling customer service. After today’s experience with them I will definitely be closing any accounts with them. Front line customer service is useless and not professional at all with their attitude.
