I had over £1000 pounds lost from Student Loans from 2009... I spent years and years with Student loans Santander via letters, emails and on phone and none of them could sort it. A ton of empty promises and different theories. Went into the branch two ladies one who has left and one who was the manager took it on themselves. I could call into the branch and ask for an update and their hard work got me over that £1000 back. Genuinely amazing

Friendly branch, what lets it down is that on more than a few occasions it has not been open on time. Staff and customers waiting outside. This is disappointing, especially for a professional local service.

It says on the internet as open but the branch in LEYTONSTONE is actually closed until 30th November. At least they should have the professional decency to update their opening times on the net. I was also misinformed by their staff that they will be open on Monday so I can sort out a big problem but they were closed and I could not sort out my serious complaint about my transaction that was their fault. I have to wait in anguish until they open in 11 days time😮☹️🙄. Extremely disappointed!!!
