Terrible experience trying to exchange some money . Lady from the stand told me that she can not exchange euro to pounds in a really rude manner .After that i went to the info desk to ask how is that possible only to find out that the bank will accept euro but the exchange rate is bad for me... no board showing money currency rates like a saw at every bank around the world...told them that i will cancel my yorkshire accounts and the only thing they.we told me was : < Very well >

Charging £5 per statement printed off. My NatWest accounts don’t charge!

Have been to this yorkshir bank and every time i go you have to tell the person on the door everything you wish to do i find covis 19 have turned them into little hiters i do not wish to tell all msnsfied what i want to do in the bank the staff are also very rude do not go if you can avoid

I’ve been with the Yorkshire bank 40 years and ever seen they payed £1.7 billion the a music store name the service has gone down hill big time and can’t wait to leave as soon as I can. The rudest staff I have ever encountered,company policy on power of attorney is a joke. Can't wail to close the account and go to a bank that actually want your business.
