Waiting time is ridiculous, over 10 people waiting at all times and only one cashier available. Waited in the queue for over minutes, just because I had receipt from coin machine to add to my account!

Lady on the front desk was rude and unapproachable with no people skills. received a txt to come into branch as my appointment space was available and made to waite a further 20 minuites....

Would give it 0 stars if I could..

Tried paying cash into the new 'amazing' machines... doesnt recognise all the cash so it takes 10 times longer than actually speaking to a human

Tried 3 machines to attempt to pay a cheque in which then says unable to process documents

Then just to rub it in my face...the one counter in the corner has a sign cash only on it

Then waiting 20minutes to speak to someone to pay my cheque in and close an account

Will be closing my account hopefully the other banks dont get rid of counters

I popped here for Business reasons, but also had a personal issue with my current account with Barclays, I spoke to Julie here, and she advised me of their process and took my number and said she would call me to check i got on ok. I applied for the current account (to turn into a joint) as Barclays were useless, 5 days later, everything is up and running with Natwest, and Julie called me to make sure everything was ok, I am waiting for 1 thing, she said she'd call me next week to check i've got everything. Really good service, and i love the fact you can actually speak to someone rather than a robot like barclays!!!! Great service, thanks :)

Appalling. Been waiting in branch for an hour to be seen. Staff are allowing queue jumping by aggressive customers. Disgraceful and needs addressing.
