Drove 45 minutes to this branch to sort out my dad's account and it was closed even though it stated on the Internet and door the opening times. Two others waiting there. Waste of my afternoon. Not impressed.

Not helpful at all, in fact, 1 member of staff is rude. I now do my Barclays Banking near to my work, to avoid going into this branch. I even wrote to Barclays to complain about the service.
