Barclays Bank

I went to the Bank this morning 10AM ish and saw the member of staff (The lady age50+) being so rude to the old man as he doesn't know how to use the deposit machine. The lady wasn't being helpful, wasn't service with smiles or being cheerful. My suggestion, The bank should selected right person to do the right job. If you have carmera go and have a look the conversation you will know when I mean.

Helpful staff but always queues since they reduced the number of staffed tills to two, usually only one open

Strict entry guidelines. Make and limits to number of people in the bank. Machines cleaned inside after use

Not at all helpful with my elderly mum. She wanted to pay in money, but cannot see very well to use the machine. None of the staff wanted to help and she had great difficulty using the machine without help. Awful customer service!

inadequate and insufficent amount of staff to deal with the customer demands combined with poor or lack of customer service training makes this bank and branch one to aviod.
Use to be the go to Bank but that changed years ago and now the older customers are no longer supported or wanted it seems.
Take your funds and find a better bank who actaully wants your custom.

Not enough staff

Was helped by tony 3 years ago to set up my account , was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made it a great experience for me , 3 years I go back in to set up my app and nothings changed! Great customer service still 3 years on

Had 1,000,001 things to do in this branch this morning Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable and actually help me to get a better rate for my exchange will definitely continue to bank here in the future if I could give Andrew 10 stars I would
