Service is friendly and helpful but slow even when they are not very busy.
Waiting areas are comfortables so it is not too bad.

very good and fast branch in my experience. time to time the staff at reception could be rude but it doesn’t implies to overall performance. it is more room for improvement

Helped me to open my first UK account straight away, even without an appointment. (Don’t even think of doing that at Barclays) Excellent service!

Karen, Matt, Viv, Mehraj, Alex, Sarah and Ryan have been excellent. I've been a regular in this branch for about two and a half years now and the guys who work here have been consistently brilliant with me I feel. I appreciate Mehraj's patience for whenever I get his name mixed up, Matt always greeting me so well and Sarah (the lady with blonde hair) is the absolute best. I appreciate Sarah always being so understanding of me whenever I'm in the branch going through one of those days so to speak. Thank you guys! Raza =)

If I could put zero star I will. I have never been treated that badly from a bank.. completely incompetent and useless. I wanted to open a joint account so I called hsbc to know what’s the process. They said that I could just turn up at a branch and they will open it with the documents they told me to bring. So we went to Woking branch and the women there say they don’t open account at the branch anymore , it’s done online so she booked an appointment for us on Monday at 10am. We never received any calls. I’m fact i had to call hsbc three times to be told that I have to call a number and it will be between one to two hours on the phone to open an account. After three long calls , they said someone was going to call me back today at 3.30pm and no one again did. Jokers ! I don’t have anymore time to spend for this bank. Shame on you for being so incompetent and treating people that way ..! Train people so they know what they’re talking about !!

Good job we met Nicky as the other staff couldn't be bothered to get off there seats . Much quicker with there charges than the staff are helping customers

Opening hours on Google are inaccurate, the branch isn't open on Saturdays and shuts at 4:30 during the week. It baffles me how anyone on a normal schedule could even make it.

There is a notice in front of the door of HSBC Woking explaining that Saturday it's open from 9.30 to 1pm but a lot of customers came in front of the main door entrance and the HSBC branch Woking is still close, I was counting on it today that's why I didn't go yesterday Friday on 18 of June, absolutely not fair
