Quaint little bank, the staff are always pleasant & helpful, someone is always on the floor to assist. I would expect a queue when it's busy! Good Bank.

Can't believe they shut the Hythe bank down then a few months later shut the Folkestone bank for renovations - with a scrawled hand written notice saying shut for 7 weeks- no notification when searching on line - how professional - not!

Called in today 12/7/2018 after nearly being scammed by someone. Spoke to a young lady there called Sarah who was great. Checked my accounts and Sorted everything out for me and put me at rest. Big thank you Sarah. 👍

Glad I don’t use Barclays myself. I use for business.
Weeks of paying in and having a receipt and stamp to be told NO today! Need evidence for work as my files and never had an issue at this branch until now
Honestly feel like the cashier couldn’t be bothered to put ink on the paying in stamp

Please provide more than two chairs for the elderly and disabled customers waiting in line. The staff are doing their best but they are desperately overstretched.

I prefer to deal with human beings rather than machines but I suppose that is now the future.

It is extremely disappointing that, as well as closing local branches such as Hythe and forcing customers to travel, Barclays continue to spend more on funding fossil fuels that many other European bank, even as floods, wild fires and other disasters linked to climate change are increasing in the UK and worldwide. Apparently Barclays' CEO was paid a £4 million bonus in 2020!
