Avoid at all cost. I was a customer for more than 5 years, was a member of their club and was rewarded for my membership with cinema tickets which, by the way, are still valid. i switched my bank for a different one last year and in the cinema it turned out that i can't use those tickets. when I called the bank they told me that my reward was cancelled because I quit from them. THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Terrible no one helped me they stood and watched me struggle even when I ask for help as my eyesight is poor they didn't Terrible customer service nothing like barclays bank there customer service is fantastic especially eirth branch friendly helpful brilliant customer service at barclays bank erith..as for lloyds in nuxley village your all need to go learn what helping people is highly not recommend this bank
