Easy to use machines, calm collected atmosphere

I found that I had an old account with Santander and went into the branch to close it. Staff were wonderful. I couldn’t have told you any of my details from the account as it was from over 20 years ago and they found it no problem. Helped me close it and were so lovely. Big thanks to Chloe who was brilliant

Came in to do change address , order a new card and change a lot more personal details . The staff were very kind and welcoming , very respectful and oblivious of the Covid and helped me do what I needed too , with a big thanks to Chloe who helped me sort it all. Who manages to take a lot of stress off.

Most unhelpful staff, take you into a small room to tell you due to covid they can't help and has to be over the phone, just wanted a bit of advice, don't think be banking with them

Had to discuss mortgage and unlike other major banks like Barclays they help you almost straight away with really friendly helpful advisers who show you how it all works on their website. They offer you a safe confidential space to discuss matters not a open place shop floor like Barclays.

Useless bunch of dimwits, when you have your card stolen the waiting is so unreal to receive a new card and also a new pin disgusting

I wanted to call the branch not head offices. I find them unhelpful. Almost impossible to get to talk to the branch
