NatWest

I have always used Natwest since I was 16 when I opened up an account and have always been very happy with the service provided. I have continued to use them since starting my business.

Tried to do bank transfer at Yorkshire bank with my elderly mother today and was told to use Internet or we will charge you £25.
Went to this branch of Nat West where met by lovely girl on service desk who sorted us out with no hassle in 5 mins by helping mother to use card.
Thank you Nat West your staff were lovely and efficient and pleasure to deal with.
Believe me I never thought I would post a complentary post about bank staff, ever, so good on you Kendal branch.

Shocking service NatWest Kendal - only wanted to pay a bill, visited twice in a morning, staff everywhere but was told each time 20 minutes to wait.

Just a very friendly;relaxed atmosphere.staff are superb.

Love this bank better than my old bank HSBC the staff are easy and friendly to talk too. You can get things sorted by going into the bank without phoning. Good English speaking staff that understand your needs. Thumbs-up for Nat West. 👍

The bank itself is great but trying to contact NatWest by phone or on line is a nightmare always when it is urgent or important you can't contact anyone I have been a NatWest customer since 1971 time for a change I think

Very disappointed with Natwest, I’ve had endless problems from my account being not letting me use it, unable to transfer money and even with staffs help it wasn’t much better. I’ve been trying to sort a mortgage out and it has been a nightmare Avoid them

Very poor service. I'm waiting for some documents for 2 months. 😒
