Have used this branch for years, always had a good service and good staff.

Have been using more than 3 years, excellent service, great staff. Today we were attended by Linda, she was absolutely amazing.

Considering the current situation service was very good. But I do have a problem with the app. I can’t log into it. Despite the banks advice.

Nobody left in the bank, all the humans have gone, just machines in there now.... Haven't got a clue how you talk to them. Disgusting service.

Two people to help 12 customers. I waited in line for 45 minutes before I spoke to someone and then it took another half an hour to get cash out. I had to go in because my bank card details were stolen, for the fifth time in a year, so I obviously couldn’t take anything out of the ATM or pay for anything on the card that was cancelled. HSBC clearly don’t have good security and the Yeovil branch is drastically understaffed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful once I managed to speak to one.

The worst service I have been given in my life, NOTHING recommended

First class been with them since 1971 always been well looked after brilliant bank

Long queues, business conducted at tills that should be conducted at personal bankers desks. No common sense applied.
