Good and convenient branch but they’ve just reduced opening times. Often very busy with long queues.

Horrible standard of service! On several occasions have waited well over an hour outside. Branch uses Covid for any excuse to have only one counter open, despite having over 6 months to install screens and open more counters. Complete lack of compassion for customers time & continue to close at 3pm on the days they are open, even if you've been in the queue since 1.30pm you get turned away at 3. Lazy and absolutely awful!

What an awful branch! The queues are HUGE and desperately slow. Moreover there was a security guy (?) on the door who had no ID or uniform, said he didn't work for Barclays yet was deciding who could go in an out.
Given the size of the queue would it be too difficult for staff to pop out and suggest people would be quicker to go up to Wood Green?
Expect to wait at least an hour. Wood Green Barclays is a much better option.
A friend of mine went in there for an appointment with a personal banker who took a personal call for over 5 mins during their meeting to discuss Nigerian football. You couldn't make it up!
Barclays would be better off closing the branch than continuing to offer such a shockingly poor service.

I had 5k I wanted to put it in to my account the person said to me where have you got this money from , and she started asking do I work . When I said to her I sold my car . She didn’t even say sorry for asking this much question. Very rude lady she should go from this branch other
