NatWest

I visited the Camden Town NatWest yesterday. I wanted to open a business account. I spoke to a member of staff and enquired about doing this. She shrugged and told me “I dunno, do it online”. Wow! Shocked. Really shocked. Is this what counts as customer service these days? I won’t be opening my business account with NatWest.

Yesterday I went to Camden branch to speak something and they solved my inquiry. Very helpful and friendly service. Arjun was very helpful and he explained me all the options. Excellent job. Well done. 👍

I do not bank here, but when I visit Camden I get absolutely rat arsed on the steps. Good people watching. Five stars

Absolutely awful they were all rude didn’t even help me with my issue they blocked my account for no reason!!! I’ve been waiting nearly 6 months to get my money back. Whenever I bring this up to the same lady I’ve been speaking to for a while she always seems to not know what happened. Be careful people because THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK! This also happened to my mother and a friend

I was amazed at the kindness and professionalism that I witnessed at this NatWest branch. I was greeted politely, my needs were addressed and then everything was done for me. An excellent branch and bank!

I read the other reviews here and expected chaos. No Louts drinking on the steps and very quick helpful service. It's also a nice quiet change from the mayhem that is Camden

Very helpful and pleasant people to help you out I’ve been a customer with NatWest for a very long time now and every time I go in I get greeted by a member of staff at Camden branch
