Santander, as a company, are one of the most inept, incompetent organisations that i have ever had to deal with. Shocking.

Branch Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. This has been my experience every time I have been in Branch.
Genuinely surprising and rare in this day and age. Thank you
