Extremely annoyed! Tried to bank a cheque in London on Wednesday, found the Santander branch closed a few months ago and the ATM removed. Check website for Honiton yesterday morning, site confirmed branch open. Detoured from our journey to Devon on holiday yesterday to find the branch closed and no access to AMT!!! Now I cannot bank the cheque until after my holiday is over as no other Santander branches anywhere near where we are staying.

Banks and ATM are disappearing fast which is bad enough but not warning customers that branches are closed when their website states the branch is open is extremely poor management. What is the point of showing opening time etc on your website if it is totally out of date and incorrect.

Get your website updated and properly maintained.
