Mr Paul Tucknott was extremely professional and helpful. He gave me some very good advice and talked me through everything. Would hope that all customer service people were as good as him!

Having moved to West Sussex a year ago I have visited this branch of Santander a few times and on every single occasion the staff have been helpful. Always resolving my requests professionally and most of all with a really engaging and caring approach. Excellent service which I would add was mirrored in my previous branch in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Well done to Santander Retail and most of all the local teams.
