Took 30 mins to cash In two cheques with no one else in the bank! Went to desk was told to use machine, machine doesn't function correctly, go back to desk, wait for 20mins for machine to be emptied, have to que as all other customers cannot use machine, then finally cash my cheques in to the one person working at the desk who is very miserable. Great service! (P.S maybe you should get a new machine! We are in the 21st century!)

Closing local branch in Christchurch, all ready close Boscombe branch which is where my next one would of been I don't drive have no idea where the my so called local branch would be. So sadly after after 30 years I will be changing my bank so I have a local branch where I can pop in when needed.
