Worst Santander branch ever and they are all pretty bad
Have shut so many branches I have to come half an hour out of my way to pay my wages in

Que times are always an hour

Only two people at the desk but other staff aimlessly walking around doing nothing

I’m changing to Barclays after 20 years due to poor service

Terrible

Nice branch shame the cash desk was closed so the self service machine was the only option. Three to choose from but two for depositing money. The queuing up for long periods doesn't help either.

Disgusting on line service 40 mins on the phone gave up in 5he end as i was fed up waiting

Poor customer service

Went in here today and paid in a large amount of money. Cashier counted it up so fast I could not keep up and all the while instead of concentrating on this she is looking around the branch looking at what is going on. She totally stressed me out by not concentrating on my LARGE deposit. And then despite me asking her to pay it into a certain account she pays it into the wrong one. Utter disgrace.

About as useful as a chocolate fire guard. Also, slow, slow and slow again. Huge queues. Disgusting service.

Good local bank with great staff.
