I would give less of a review. I have paper currency that I needed to change to new bills. I'm from Canada and when I go back home after trip, there is NO way for me to exchange money before September deadline. Paper money is disvalued 100%.
Absolutely no care or help unless you have an account. Told me to go to a souvenir shop . Shame!

If there’s nil star I would give that, that worst the service, If they recruit few sloths may be faster than this I guess. they don’t value the customers at all, I’m so surprise after this many negative feedbacks why head office not taking any actions, are they also don’t care about customer. Just a waste of time.

Nice to see a barclays branch that is still open.

Staff are so friendly and nice here, made me feel welcomed and very quick and professional in dealing with my queries.

I have been a Barclays Premier customer at Knightsbridge for 7 years. The staff is always attentive and friendly.
Unfortunately, I received a letter that my account is being closed ....
No explanation.
Perhaps because I am from Ukraine 🇺🇦 and have refugee documents in the UK?
It's a pity.

If I can give 0 star or negative! Worst experience ever!!!!
First machine counted my money cash In wrong and ask for help from staff ,They said it will be a big job to recount machine they will call me back (luisa) no one called me
Back 2 days later i have to travel
To this branch and to be told no machine was correct etc! Ok they could at least called me ?
Second thing is a black old lady staff(shame i didn't get her name was so arrogant and cancelled my transaction on machine as i said to stand beside me and help me as im scared putting money in machine again! Its not joke to lose money just like that cos of machine error! She quickly cancelled my transaction and show me THE LONGEST WAY OF DOING IT TYPING NAMES CARD NUMBER ETC! While i can simply put my card in and chose which account to pay in!!! PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR STAFF THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE ON. WHAT TO DO AND WORST IS ARROGANCE !!ITS A WASTE OF TIME FOR CUSTOMERS typing name numbers etc where there is easier way to do it!!
Pls @barclays retrain your staff in this branch!!

I have been a Barclays Premier customer at Knightsbridge . The staff let me wait 30 min saying will be assisted. Then last moment just took another client saying they have appointment. guess, they don’t value the customers at all, I’m so surprise after this many negative feedbacks why head office not taking any actions, are they also don’t care about customers. Just a waste of time this branch . Disappointed

Unreliable Service, can not be trusted any of them in this branch!
This below comment is genuine and IT IS A MUST SHARE.

The worst of the worst experience ever with the poor quality of service. If this feedback is value, please read it carefully with open mindedness.

A mother and her children would like to open a UK Bank during their stay. They had been given the poorest service at this branch. It is understandable if you refused to open an account due to some missing documents. With several appointments, the staff is unable to provide the service with no reasons.

Prior to this, she went to meet a member of staff named Assad a couple times already. Anyway, she potentially went back with other required supporting documents as advised. Although with a firm appointment date, Mr Assad still refused to service and just shrugged his shoulder with immediately unkind and extremely poor attitude response. “I m busy, I have meeting appointment" In fact, Mr Assad has already met her for over 2 times and kept refusing to provide her service in spite of all arrangements made by him.

You do know that the mother can’t speak English well and still keep asking her to come back and forth.

Unbelievable !! he did not show up to service on her fourth visit without any notification, and no one would offer to provided the service until mum has to make a big compliant. The staff there was not helpful no service mind. Just clock in - clock out, end of the day and waiting for their wages!

We didn’t expect this unprofessional, low cost service as well as treating people differently with the cheapest attitude. Such a shame that this kind of mindset still does exist in a well known bank located in one of the diamond areas like Knightsbridge.

Instead of showing your poor attitude towards other different people who are from different country. Do not look down on customers! We are politely suggesting you had better to keep strongly spelling the word “Being kind and HAVING your heart open wider” You will find a happiness inside out!!

Less supportive, unwilling to help, negative attitude, narrow minded, dishonest and unkind are toxic factors to make you unhappy life!! If you have less chance to travel and see the world in different countries during Covid, then making new friends from different countries. Its also a great way to gain more international mindset.

Extremely important note- Keep in mind an unethical practice!! We have seen and experienced it today!!
