They closed the Bermondsey Branch which provided a counter service so now it is closed I was told this branch is the closest to me. Went to use for the first time today and I have to say I will not be coming back. As you enter a rude girl who was no help at all asked what I wanted. Told her I wanted to deposit a large amount of cash. She directed me to the machine to which I said I did not wish to use I would rather use the counter due to the amount of money. She told me this is not possible you can only use the machines. She was absolutely no help at all and not interested in helping me.

Can I ask TSB what is the point of a bank if you do not provide customer counter service to your customers?

I am now seriously looking to change my bank due to the customer service and lack of it.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

You don't even deserve 1 star, card lost reported at your branch a week ago and today you told us that you couldn't find account details?? You did find them last week!! Do you understand that people don't keep money under the mattress and without card they can't buy food!!!!!! What a disgrace of the bank, come into the 21st century cause this is not 1972 anymore!!

It's basically an atm machine in a shop. Never anybody on the service tills. I asked for a bank statement, was told to wait 45 minutes and will cost me £5.

DO NOT USE THIS CASH POINT! It may have been tampered with. Processing withdrawals but not dispensing cash.

The bank is dark, no signage that the bank is open for business, or you are required to ring the bell to be allowed in.
Staff helpful, but you are not given an option of being attended over the counter. You are directed to the cash point or the deposit machine therefore I felt the service was impersonal. Making me wonder do I want to continue banking with TSB🤔

I had a appointment today at peckham branch for my son he is 13 yrs old and wanted to open a account so we arranged the appointment we went there with my wife and 2 kids we saw a woman there and she wasn't pleasant from the start she told us to wear a mask with a incredibly rude tone we done as we were told as we were going to enter the room she said only two people were allowed I didn't understand this we were a family and wore a mask I told her we are a family and we need to be together she said no so we followed her rules again.she asked for the proof of address and my passport and my sons details.My wife gave her all the details she was rude and was angry I told her do not treat us like kids and to not give us attitudes I'm a 50 year old man she proceed to tell us to leave another employee male told us to leave that is all we could here ...we were scared and left I am sad and my children had to witness this therefore I am leaving TSB and closing my account.

I open business account, TSB web requested me to bring ID to branch to prove. I brought ID & proof address docs in this branch and the junior staff there were rude and kept telling me wrong name (my full name had 4 words so on bills it’s always put shorter name) so the bank will not accept. Until I said I had been 10 year with TSB and even TSB bank statement put wrong my name (shorter name) so he had to accept but in a bad attitude. After 3 working days I realised my ID had not been updated on system, I called Business customer service and they said the branch did not update my ID docs on system so they will call & chase. Such a disgusting working attitude of the staffs at this branch, BAD MANNER and BAD EXPERIENCE.
