Well done Cheryl. I had a problem that we thought couldn't be sorted and though the computer kept saying no and even when she asked her superiors they also couldn't find a way round it, Cheryl persevered and though the task became very frustrating after more than an hour she finally came up with the answer and we resolved the issue. Most people would of given up but she seemed to know that there must be a way round it, and she finally found it. again well done.

Nikki, the branch manager, is amazing! She looked after my daughter the whole time I was here. They catered to our needs and they were very accommodating.

Disappointed!!!! No help at all and staff didn't give me correct paperwork for opening a basic bank account. The whole experience stressed me out alot.

Claire and Hayley did a terrific job of helping me with a statement issue I'd spent the last four days of going round the circles. So grateful 😁

Barclays is the worst offending European bank when it comes to funding fossil fuel companies and future fossil fuel exploration . They are just as complicit as those companies in destroying our planet, land, sea and air, for us all and future generations. Shame on them.

worst service ever customer services they don't know how to treat with customers

I have always banked with Barclays for many years but in Gravesend I find staff especially helpful with anything you need to know or do..

very busy when l visited.
