Useless Bank!

Went in to my Harlow brunch for a couple reasons.
Firstly i wanted to pay for a check came from Germany for a speeding ticket. The adviser at the counter told me that i can pay in the bank but i will need to gather more information from the company i am paying even tho the IBAN number and SWIFT code has been provided for international payment on an official check well known across the Europe.
(not just the bank but every company who deals with international payments can use a system where you can find out the company details by searching for the IBAN and SWIFT number)(i work for an insurance company working Globally so i do know this for a fact)

So if i get additional fine while driving trough Germany that is to be blamed on LLoyds Bank for turning down they customer from paying check.

Second of all i wanted to exchange some currency and been told that the Bank does not keep currency other than EUR but they can order it in. (order it in?? where from? from a more competent Bank? or from the country you want to travel to?)

What a load of rubbish.

I have been banking with LLoyds Bank for 13 years and every time i visited the Harlow brunch i had to come out of the premises with a huge disappointment in they competent, helpfulness or the lack of interest in customer needs.

After paying up credit card and loan differently I will change Bank as this is very tiring and time wasting with LLoyds Bank.

I would leave no star if that would be possible.

I applied for a Business Bank Account.
Only Bank to support my new business several years ago, when other Banks would not assist.

Worst customer service received from Meridale. She was absolutely awful. I submitted some business banking application forms which I asked to be uploaded to the system. I turned up a few days later I was surprised to find that the documents were gathering dust in her drawer and hadn't been uploaded. She was awfully rude to me when I asked why she hadn't uploaded them. She took my name and details to pass on to the manager but she seemed to have no interest in resolving the issues or serving an apology. Nearly a week now and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Awful experience with Lloyds. never again

Useless bank , i try to open a business account and didn t let me now if was approvet or not, I have to call them to now or not

No regard for the opening hours. Opens usually 5 to 10 minutes later then the 9am posted in the doors at the bank .
