Still do business banking with this branch because it is free, however in my opinion the staff wernt competent to do their jobs and the transactions are protracted as a result.

The Branch in Ormskirk is great. The staff are always friendly, helpful and courteous. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go into the Branch I am always treated professionally and they go above and beyond to help with any query or transaction I need help with. Really great Staff.

Website states branch in Ormskirk is open from 10am to 2pm. Visited today Monday 6th April and the branch is closed ! Please update page to show closed. A waste of 15 mile round trip when I'm being told to stay at home.

Why is this website not being updated, travelled from Maghull as I needed to use bank facilities, only to find the bank was closed until 28/10/2020,due to a member of staff having covid. Even though website was saying it was open and still is. Complete waste of time and money.

What an awful place this is, were its the staff who are the KARENS. Disgusting child-like behaviour that I have rarely seen in the service sector. Unhelpful, rude and abrasive, I have been with the bank less than a year, now I am transferring everything out. Praying on the elderly and vulnerable is not something am prepared to condone. This branch is a disgrace, my advice: AVOID & DO NOT BANK WITH THEM.

Staff always super helpful.
The self service machines are a little sluggish.
