I had an appointment with Evanka at 3 pm. I arrived 20 minutes early after travelling 40 min to sort out my finances. On arriving I was greeted by a staff member and shown where to sit outside the office of the person I was seeing and told that she was just finishing up with a customer. After finishing with the customer she walked past me a few times and never acknowledged me at all. Later she came back with a Pret coffee and dissappeared into a back office, 40 minutes later I went back to reception and asked what was happening only to be told that she had now finished for the day. Why was I given this appointment when I phoned in?
Why was I not told that I had no appointment when I arrived?
How can any, supposedly senior staff member walk directly past you 3 or 4 times,knowing that you are waiting to see them AND SAY NOTHING. SOOO BAD EVANKA

Came 3 times for the same issue they struggle to resolve (putting money back in my account...) and the service is each time extremely slow with multiple people queuing and only one open cashier. Insane that a business is allowed to run so badly! Try to not open an account with them!!

The bank lost a 100k check (we have a tracking number from lloyds central office that they received it) and doesn’t agree to take responsibility or help

This is the worst Lloyd brand ever. Even though their opening hour is 9-5, they decided to closed for 2 hours during lunch time, I came at 1:15. They didn’t even explain why they close for that time. Then the guy said to me come back anytime after 2:15 . So I came back at 4:15 and they said they already closed ??? , they won’t take customers
I’m surprised they can still run business like this

Lazy staff that simply don’t want to carry out their jobs. Turn away customers at any excuse. Best of using other Banks.

The worst Lloyd brand I have ever been!
After issue with them today I checked their reviews. Now it's all clear, many of you experience the same poor service from them.
I went to update my details and they refused my document as in their opinion it was missing English version translated by solicitor. Document was issued buy highest body and had few languages translations including English.
What was the worst - after asking where it said that needed to be translated by solicitor, guy replay 'I said'!!! Wow!
Then young lady who was also serving me said in very sarcastic and arogant way 'bye'.
None of them should be working in customer service.

Other brand accepted document.

Took two days to post temporary closure online. Even after all this time Lloyds clearly does not have a system to keep its customers informed of Covid closures..
While writing: I have yet to discover what is the purpose of the staff on the ground floor
