Pathetic customer service. I wanted to open my account i did online application just need to update address. I went there for 4 times, and every time they say different things, i asked them to at least open my application and check what I actually need but they never did. On my last visit the guy name Adeoyo opened it and told me that you don’t need to come again just need to send the proof of address over to his email address and it will be taken care of, i did that, now he’s ghosting me.
Not to mention the long queue you attend every time you visit there just to listen that they can’t help you

People working here are untrained, 2 tellers solving an issue with a single customer holding up the entire queue, while there are plenty of other staff standing around not trying to help.

The teller section is hidden away around the corner, if they had simply touched based with the customers coming in and waiting, they could’ve directed me directly there instead…

What a shame…

Total shambles in there. I'm a customer but still completely unhelpful, waited for 20mins whilst one of their staff was having a good old chit chat. Finally spoke to her and instead of even checking my request, tried to tell me that no other british bank would sort out my issue...not true, 2 mins in Barclays across the road and everything was sorted with compassion and speed. Sad to see what's happening to HSBC... might be time to change.

Had a really good experience today with Vignesh. I had some problems in the past opening a bank account online, since I'm from Europe, even though I'm here for quite some time already. Decided I try again today and was very happy that Vignesh took great care of me and made sure I'll get my account, even though my working hours collide with bank hours. Also great music playing in the branch!

Very helpful staff.
Just abit too busy at lunch time.
Make sure you book your appointments there if need be.

The customer support (person with beard) has no professionalism, answered rudely without listening questions. Worst experience.

Most inefficient branch. Staff is completely unhelpful and rude. Made me feel like my questions were stupid and in the end they told me to look for help online. I was literally laughed at.

I had great customer service from Manita today. She was friendly and very helpful
