Barclays Bank is strategically located at the heart of Heathway just right opposite Dagenham Library and about 2 minutes walking distance from Dagenham Heathway underground station. The bank staff were courteous and helpful to customers. Minimal queues in the banking hall. Swift services by the staff. Nice bank

Only one lovely person who works there. The rest are rude and unhelpful. It seems like they deliberately are rude to stop you from returning to the counter. As a business banking its very disappointing as we have to use the counter every time. If you don't like people why work In a customer based workplace? Every person has different rules which ever suits them best that day.

Staff not good with people management, couldnt print out some of my banking details that I needed as all the printers were broken, I can see Barclays closing this one.

Very unfriendly and rude staff there especially the one who wears hijab. Literally she was screaming at me for asking me a question politely. Will never come back to this branch.

I would give this branch 0 stars if there was that option. Always long queues and they want you to use the cash machine. And guess what only one machine working all the time. And you be luck if theirs someone at the counter. Haven't had this much trouble in any other barclays.

Waited a long time to be seen but we'll worth it ! Fantastic advice on our savings,explained in easy to understand language, cannot thank staff enough, God knows what we'll do when the branch closes,another big mistake from what used to be the leading High Street Bank

Riana who works in this branch. She is excellent staff @ really helpful everytime when I meet her. She is very kind person, also she is knowledgable person for what she was doing at work. I would like to say A BIG THANK to her.
