I am not surprised the rating for this branch is so low, their ATM kept my card, and when I went in I was given a 'I don't give a s**t' attitude, and told that there must be something wrong with my card. I have checked with my bank and they told me that there was nothing wrong with my card, and that the ATM must of been at fault.
Disgusted at the attitude I was given, and the fact they accused me of doing something wrong.
Plus when I phone to complain - to NatWest - they decided to make it difficult and wanted to forward me to the ATM company...I know that the ATM company has nothing to do with the attitude of the staff at this branch.
I have given 1 star, but only because I have to give a star rating, essentially they don't even deserve the one star.

I went in to get make an account the lady there told me i have to go online to make an account. Yea sure. No wonder the rating is so bad they should fire everybody there. Lazy bunch

Closed my account after 25 years after Fahim refused to serve me. I'm old enough to be his mother, but he refuses to serve women or infidels. I prefer to do business with a bank that reflects my own culture and customs and that shows respect for elders and understands the principles or customer service. Really not surprised at the other reviews here.

I would give no stars if I could. The staff are aggressive and unfriendly.
I went to the bank today at 9:30(not realising their opening times are different on a Wednesday) I pushed the door, not seeing the door chain was still on. A member of staff was then very rude shouting at me through the window and then when she came to the door said 'can't I read a sign' and as I started to apologise she slammed the door in my face. I will be filing a complaint there is absolutely no need for such behaviour towards customers and I would strongly advise those who run this branch to reconsider their staff. I am absolutely appalled.

Terrible customer service. Lady was shouting on me that I can't stay in the queue as they have a different working hours. And I explained that I need to put a cash on my account to pay bills. Doesn't helped.

Staff here are aggressive and do not respect your privacy whilst dealing with important financial matters

The staff are very helpful, I use it for business and getting change orders. It will be a nightmare if they were to close.
