worst branch in the whole of the country. Long queues, unhelpful staff, understaffed, always seems like the few staff are running around frantically and can never actually help customers. Staff are always telling customers to use the machines. Even when using the machines are not the best option.
Considered moving bank all together based on my experiences at this branch every week!
What ever happened to staff helping customers instead of trying to force us to use machines we do not want to use?
And why is there always a waiting line of at least 15-20mins! Joke!!

Nobody ever answers the phones at this branch! Even if you leave a message for them through their main number, they never call back! Communication is so hopeless that you have no option but to visit the bank personally. Once you are there though, the service is excellent. Pick up the phone please!!!!

Used this branch a few times and the service is awfully slow. The fact that this has happened every time I have come here shows the problem is definitely there. Surprised that branch manager does not pick up on this and the various negative feedback people have left. Clearly the bank does not care.

If you want to waste time, go here! I have three business accounts with Barclays and pay for all of them. On top of that I often have several hundreds of thousands in my current accounts. They are so slow!!!! Poor value!

My dad opened an account here decades ago as they were the only bank to open on Saturdays. Went there last month and they have all gone to sleep. Nowhere near the service in Wimbledon or Tooting.

Very slow poor service always a queue and grumpy staff Been twice for £1 coins and they had run out! Is this really a bank? I was told I could get from KINGSTON!!!!! Went to Nat West just up the High St pleasant staff and plenty of £1 coins!

Our experience was the polar opposite of all the reviews that I read. The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating of our four year daughter who was with us. Our addresses were updated, replacement debit cards ordered, old pound coins deposited and cash withdrawn quickly and efficiently within 10 minutes.

Reason for closing this branch only 14 regular customers are using, explained by bank website. According to my past experience staff are deliberately turning away customers by very bad behaviour and ignorance. These staff are not allow to work any branch. I recommend LLOYDS BANK for good service in New Malden.
