Possibly the worse experience I have had at any bank, waited for over hour to be told we can’t help you, you have to book. This was from the same guy who told me to take a seat someone will be right with you. Why did he not tell me he couldn’t help then? Wasted hour of my life just sat there. Also no pens to fill out forms and no staff helped. They were rude to most people who came in.

Was there 1 June 2022. Miss Tara is extremely helpful. She help me turning my physical to digital. Thank you. Unfortunately this branch is closing soon.

unless you are doing a simple task like paying in or withdrawing then just don't bother wasting your time with this branch...

I didn't think it could happen but this branch has actually got worse...
There is now no teller service at all, its all machines now.
Please don't waste your time with this branch.

Everyone was here today it says open however don't waiste your time is closed there is only 1 cash machine outside that's about it don't even know if it works

Worst possible banking experience. Words like customer service, responsibility, assistance and dedication does not exist in this branch. Firstly it is so difficult to reach the handful of employees in branch as it is virtually handled by 1-2 people. Then when your turn comes after a long wait they just want you to move off immediately by showing a can't do attitude or just inability to help or they would ask you to sit down and wait further.This is what I encountered on my visits to this branch for assistance on account opening and therefore just moved to another bank which opened my account in minutes. I expected a much better and refined customer experience from a global renowned brand like HSBC.

Even they don’t deserve a star.
• No clear queues.
• No special service for Premier customers.
• Staff should be trained more and more.
If you would like to waste your time just visit this branch!

I go this branch from Kensington High Street as my local in High Street Kensington was closed to do some business banking.
Unfortunately the staff was very rude and unhelpful and they said they have limited personal and they asked me to go to other HSBC branches or coming back on Monday.
I mentioned that my work is urgent and it's will take only 10 minutes of their time but they refused to help me and just say sorry.
Very disappointed:(

Extremely rude. They made a mistake, after I ask for a double check, the female employee refused. I said “but…”, she said “there’s no but”. What a terrifying experience, even to some degree discriminatory.
