I want to thank Ashley and the guy on customer service desk (sorry don't know your name) Corby for their help this. I've had a dreadful experience with an insurance claim for a flood I've had on Monday. Not hearing from the insurance team I went into the branch for help. Ashley has taken control and helped sort things out.
My 5 stars are for the branch Corby not the insurance which I would give a -10 at the moment.
