Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I ever had from the branch manager all the way to the cashier who are very RUDE ARROGANT individuals that i have ever come across. Unprofessional attitude from the cashier who was very unhelpful and showed no respect towards me as a customer of HSBC. None of them have a clue in regards to customer service and not sure how they still have a job after reading other reviews which clearly shows that I am not the only one to experience this disgraceful service.

HSBC need to take action against these staff members as this is totally shameful behaviour from one of the world's largest banking and financial services organisations.

Worst customer service experience more like traumatic experience!!
I have a Mobile app logic as well all the acess but the receptionist staff still demanding passport as a identification document!! Seriously what kind of policy you are having..? Absolutely rubbish stafff.. rude and non cooperating I am transferring my bank account to another bank … pathetic forget customer service

HSBC bank is never open, people go to work and can only go to the bank on their days off or when they finish work so way are you closed everytime i need to visit the store? Part time layabouts. The worst bank customer service to match, over the phone or in store!

Quite possibly the rudest staff, zero emphasis on customer service. I'm astonished at how poor this place is. Happy to offer you an email for customer complaints but what's the point. I wish to be able to bank in a welcoming business like environment, not treated as a nuisance.

Poor handling of premier account holders. They don’t know what’s going on or who’s in charge. HSCB as a whole are just useless tbh. This place is just a representation of how poorly they handle their customers.

Self service system is modern and developed very well,but sometimes notes can be a bit bend or even nothing wrong with them but machine still can't cope with the loaded cash notes,so you have to be patient with them, service is everage,like in most of the high street banks nowadays...

This bank is a joke and the branch reflects that. Unbelievably slow and a horrible service. There’s a sign inside saying Average wait times are 90 minutes to see someone

This branch staff are rude unhelpful and unprofessional
They clearly don’t want to WORK
I was in there this morning, waiting in line, only to be given wrong information and told to ring customer service 🤪
Rang customer service, waiting for 47mins on the phone, to be told go back to the branch
Explained my situation, but it went to, do I sound bothered!!! File
HSBC manager’s, you are there because of your customers or maybe not
Also why do they make it so hard to “raise a complaint”
