As a loyal customer to Lloyds, I have been in many of their branches. Sadly my service in this branch has never reached the standard of other branches.

This branch now has reduced services. As such, it is pretty much only useful if you intend to deposit or withdraw money. It is also not possible to change old currency here.

Best Bank I ever had so far! Whenever I have an issue they fix it straightaway. Impressive.

Perhaps this ought to be branded as Lloyds Lite. How a reduced service is supposed to benefit customers is risible.

It’s one of those branches of Lloyds where you can deposit or withdraw money, or the staff is able to help you to make minor arrangements or transfers, but technically nothing that cannot be done online these days. Larger transactions are not really possible because there is no staff or option for that. Two atms and two deposit machines, and one atm outside. Sadly, it is difficult to make deposits sometimes because the machines are broken. Otherwise, the staff is sweet.

There is no cashier/till but I am guessing this is where the world is going.

Now closed the second half of the week when the website says it should be open. According to other reviews they are not set up to allow "faster payments" above 25k either. So basically only useful for cashpoints - and non-bank cashpoints seem to be topped up more regularly than this one. One of two wasted journeys yesterday due to Lloyds not caring about accuracy of information. My personal banking has been with Lloyds for over fifty years, but it is clearly time to vote with my feet
