The ITM is always broken. The pay in service never works and I’m getting charges just because I can’t pay in my cheques. Don’t lose time with this bank. Very disappointed!

Rude staff, and incredibly unhelpful - mentioned that I had been directed to a branch by online support only to be told that online support didn't know what they were talking about. I couldn't even finish a sentence without being interrupted by the staff member

I'm so sad this branch is closing the staff are fantastic..I'm going to miss how helpful they are .the Richmond branch is not helpful
