Always waiting 30 mins ir more though there only 1 person been served and one person was afront of me stuff have no clue always asking manager for help ar every customer see people waiting at the desk and noone there to help them i am not with the bank but i deposot money for a friend and thd bank so eh well at least maybe its just this branch

Far too slow. It's one of those branches with either slow outdated computers or slow staff, so the customers stand at the tills playing with their phones while the staff are perpetually pressing buttons on their mouse and keyboards and somehow 1 money deposit takes 7 minutes each. And then even longer waiting because when one of the 2 working tills open up, the staff is still doing something on the computer before he/she calls next. It's like they brought a computing and IT course into a senior peoples' home. 3 people in queue when I arrived, took 26 minutes for me to deposit some money.

Horrible service from this branch. Extremely slow service. I experienced rude attitude from a staff member called Abi. I waited half an hour for a booked appointment whereupon I was accused of not staying the duration I did. He told another staff member to inform me I had missed my appointment (lie). I was told my appointment was not the time it actually was (lie). He didn't even have the decency to come out of his room to see I had come.
I would not advise anyone to bank at this branch. There are plenty of other banks on Tottenham High Road that provide much better service.

Vary dissapointed from the service I received today..
It is a small branch and the staff is lovely, infact few weeks ago I had some issues with some bank statements, Amanda and the manager were open to help and friendly..
However I can't say the same thing about the guy who served me today.
I went into the branch to transfer some money as the online banking app wasn't working.
When I asked the gentleman to help me he said the he wasn't able to access my bank account to make the transfers, and the only way to do it was through the ATM outside.
When I told the guy which he had no name on, that few weeks ago they offered me that service, he told me that the system has changed and there were no longer offering this service. So I went to the ATM outside and tried to transfer the money, but it wouldn't work.
So I decided to go back inside and ask help to a different woman which she was able all of a sudden to access my account and make all the transfers i needed.I don't know why that man had such attitude with me, instead of helping me he gave me cold answers that didn't make any sense to me. Hopefully the mobile banking will work again soon, and I won't have to go back there.

From November till January they can't confirm my identity although they have scanned my passport, id card and prove of address not once but three times. I still can't use my account after 2 months of waiting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor. No counter service on Saturday.
One member of staff in particular very condescending and rude
Am now at the point of changing banks because of generally poor service all round

We had a great experience today!
An exceptional member of staff by the name of Onur ( hope I haven’t mis spelt ), he went way and beyond.
Onur was informative, super helpful and extremely personable.

I have had to go into the branch a few times lately Reha different issues, again the lady behind the counter delivered first class service, so efficient and friendly! (Sorry I didn’t get your name)
