Disgraceful treatment of customers seen over and over again at this bank. Avoid at all costs.

I truly appreciate the help Shelly did to get the stuff done pretty quickly.

I did not have an appointment at the branch but needed some urgent help, walked in to the branch and they quickly help me to get that resolved.

(Business banking customer) Rude, Unprofessional and Incompetent staff at this branch who are unaware of how a client account works. If you are dealing with Tracey Tuckwell or Claire Bullen then I feel sorry for you already for the rude and incompetent service you are about to receive. Worst bank and even worst staff.

As a customer, I received the best service ever here. I forgot my password to access the mobile banking. They ( the man staff and the woman) helped me a lot. She guilded me some steps afterwards even I didn’t ask about it. I was very pleased I chose HSBC.

Excellent, friendly and efficient service by Inga today, who went above and beyond - took the time to give me helpful information about the mobile app (which will save me a great amount of time and money as I will no longer need to travel into the bank with my baby for the particular service I need.)

We've been with this HSBC for over 30 years since our business started in Twickenham.
They have closed our account due to a technical error on their part which they have admitted to on multiple occasions now, but have destroyed our good name with all of our suppliers because of it.
Nothing but a shambles, and a mockery of a bank.

I was truly shocked to have been able to deposit money into the account at this branch on Monday 17th to later be receiving phone calls from all my service providers demanding the direct debits that same afternoon.

Quite literally happy to take my money over the counter and to not notify me in anyway then or after that the account had been closed? Shocking...

After the usual hours spent on the phone I simply am at a loss now because of this bank.
After 30 years they have closed it without proper due notice and simply offered to send a cheque with our balance...
No offer or regret on their part, just send us the balance and thats goodbye.Leaving us with this nightmare they've created.

With many small businesses on lifelines at the moment it truly is shameful that they don't value any business customer at this branch and simply fob you off at the door with the same speech that they don't deal with business accounts at that branch any more.

We have contacted the banking ombudsman and hopefully they will be able to help us.
I will obviously get no explanation on google from them as why would they... but I do urge anyone to think again as I would hate for our nightmare to repeat for anyone in this town or other.

My experience with one particular cashier who is in her 50s, who is always rude and unhelpful and almost shouting, instead of explaining. I try to use the machine when I do my business banking but I think it's wrong that I have to keep avoiding the unpleasant service at the counter
