Seems some of the other reviews are accurate! I went in today and counted 19 people waiting, with two desks open :-(
When I went to pay in cash (with about £20 worth of coins) I was greeted with "oh no" - Charming!

to open an account it was reasonable they made me come 5 times first the boy made an appointment and when I arrived at the bank there was nothing scheduled until a candid girl helped me but this guy aue I don’t know his name was very rude and bad and ductile I think that if you don’t want to work, leave a place for those who want to thank orrivel customer service

Although I wouldn't recommend the service on the phone the service in this branch is something I have never seen before. I was treated with so much consideration and respect. The lady helping me, named Sher has spent over an hour trying to help me sort out an issue I was having while Sarah was playing with my daughter so I could focus solely on the issue I was having.
