Metro Bank

It was great! Everyone is so nice and make sure that the customer is comfortable, for example offering coffee or tea while they wait for their time to be attended. To be honest, I've never seen a bank with such organisation as this one. MetroBank is unique!

I went there on Monday for open bank account. They told me to come back tomorrow. I went there again on Tuesday. They asked me to wait for about 2 hours but there have a few clients, number of staffs more than clients ( you can see from a photo). I m waited nearly 1 hour and they served clients that came after me (without inform me). I feel horrible service ,unfair and waste my times 2 days for nothing.

Absolutely disappointing experience waited and was served by Adil who did not complete my request total waste of my time and the request is still not fulfilled. Lots of staff walking around doing nothing poor management

I’ve been a customer with them since 2014 , they change the rules every time . I went there to change £15 because it was broken and they told me I have to show proof of that money . How can I show proof for £15 . Anyway , a lot of staff there doing nothing all day just seating look at you . Very disappointed in this bank .

Its going from bad to worse every time I go there. Gormless staff just standing around chatting. Those that did engage with customers had bad attitudes. Magic Money Machine rarely is working and cashiers would not take coins until I had to bag them. Waited 30 minutes to access my safe deposit box whilst staff carried on day-dreaming. I will only retain my a/c here out of necessity.

Fantastic customer service from maryam, she was extremley polițe and helped me with My queries. And made me feel comfortable , thank you sooo much

Worst bank ever. Long queues, customer service team are sitting there and not helping customers at all.

I had problems with my account but it was sorta quickly and professionally by Maryam, she was amazing friendly kind, sweet helpful thank you she should get her Saturday off too
