Everytime to use this bank and every two people work runs business as gone so slowest like "Snails of run business". There is no staffs increse kept on business running place here! Lots of people are standing long quecue around 45mins later on. There counter numbers not on test sense. Not nice display which counter number with red on. Some deaf or special disabled people, who see the next cash free counter number on. Now... See this no counter number on, is quite rude for it. Should have be nice respect to bearing this, kept it on the light number on counters like; 1,2,3 and 4 then start open business. Make sure KEPT THE STAFFS AND BUSINESS RUNNING ST TIMES! Plus kept it counter numbers red light on at times. This is b@#%&y bad start too slowest, there is no staffs to runs! I don't go there anymore. I dxpect of use express inWoodGreen instead. This is a shame for that poor jobs and I feel very sorry about that runs down overall.

Absolutely shocking customer service and diabolical treatment by staff. Maxine needs to be fired. She's incredibly rude and ignored us even though we had an appointment with her and could see her office was empty. I knocked on her door and she told me to get out because she was busy. We waited 35 minutes before walking out in disbelief. Her male colleague who we complained to was no better, suggesting it was our fault. Utterly unbelievable!

This Satander branch, is one of the worst ever!!!! The staff there have no costumer service at all!!!!!!! Shame on all of them !!!
Was there today, because I'm waiting for a new bank card, and internet banking is not an option at the moment, therefore I asked them to help me transfer some money to another account. The man behind the till said , I should do internet banking myself.

Every weekends, being standing long queue... I've done over 20mins waiting! There are only few customers runs business, it's weren't do better get express up fast service like at Wood Green!!! What a shame this place business as down! 😠

Maxine is awful, dreadful. No interpersonal skills, looks down her nose at people like we're something to be avoided, needs to go on a human relations course to learn how to be sociable and civil. She might hate her job but she shouldn't take it out on customers who are merely asking for a decent, friendly service. Is that too much to ask?

Bloke who wears the mask front desk seems to be having a mental health crisis. He wouldn’t give me his name. The ladies in the back offices hide so not to work. They love telling you what they can’t do. Shambles.

Spacious entrance and as of yet only very small queues or none. Pleasant helpful staff and greeter to direct you depending on your service needs. adhereing to covid rules which limits thier full service at the moment.
