Very rude branch manager.

I came in to change some details with all the relevant documents. The branch has 4 people of staff “working” and no customers apart from me. And I am told it’s 45min -1h waiting time in an empty branch because those 4 people are busy “doing something”. Branch managers response to my dissatisfaction is very professional “what’s your problem”.

People at this branch are un happy with sad face all the time i visit the branch when you do your daily banking i all ways say thank you to them, but no reply they just turn their face away.

the manager’s have the same issues they need to change their jobs if not happy.

Two staff members sitting at desk enjoying the view of the high street. 6 kiosk desk and only 2 people working on them! No care regardless of the que and people waiting. Absolutely disgusting. Staff depressing looking! Cant even crack a smile! Not wearing name badges apart from the Metro bank M badge.

Absolute horrible management. A staff member was physically assaulted by a member of public inside the bank. Instead of telling that said member to leave immediately, they let him sit down for his appointment. They failed to protect their employee. Disgusting from the management. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM.

Don't bother doing business with this lot. We went there on monday to open a basic personal account. We got told to return next day with a passport and some address proofs. So we asked what address proofs were required. We were told one letter from a government department and one from a doctors surgery. Went back today and got told oh those lettets are not enough.maybe we didn't look wealthy enough. So off to nationwide building society down the street who opened our account in 10 mins and lodged out 200 k cheque. Don't use this unhelpful bank.

Went to ooen a business account, following a telephone consultation then a face to face consultation i was made an appointment 2 weeks later. Wasted 2 weeks waiting to be told that the BUSINESS MANAGER had given me the wrong information. Truly unprofessional, inexperienced, time wasters & untrustworthy.
