I go here regularly and usually get a good, friendly service. The queues are much longer at the moment due to social distancing & as only 1 counter is being used. Make sure you count your money carefully as they can make mistakes, as I discovered when I got home after a cash withdrawal recently. I had to go back and ask them to correct it. They didn't believe I was given the wrong amount until they checked their cctv of the transaction. They were then very apologetic and gave me the shortfall, which was a 4 figure sum!

I am extremely disappointed with Santander lasted app update. You just caused me so many problems! I use the mobile app constantly to monitor my funds, pay my bills and transfer funds. Because I have an old phone now the app does not work anymore and when I called the customer support they just basically told me to go and get a new phone. Do you think I would if I could? Would you like to pay for it? You priority is my security? No really now I cannot use the app anymore that’s the only thing you can be sure of. You have absolutely no consideration for your customers. I just want to find another bank that more customer focused.

Good Santander branch, not very busy as normal but nice to be actually able to visit a branch still. Staff were friendly and gave good service.
