My girlfriend who has come to live with me overseas tried to open an account - despite the branch being recommended by me - here and had a truly awful experience. Losna Begum was the lady she had the meeting with and my gf tells me that her behaviour was despicable. She was both rude and hostile, and she even tore up her passport copy in front of her when she argued that she had all the right documents in place, when she in fact did! I am now looking to change my banking branch because of this employees actions and quite frankly I think this lady needs to find herself a new line of work that does not involve direct communication with other people. I am outraged.

Hour long waits at a minimum, reduced opening times just to cram everyone outside at the same time risking infection rates, a member of staff called me in to offer a loan that would financially cripple me. He pushed very very hard for me to pay over £200 a month more than I currently pay them. He got very angry I wanted to think about it instead of agreeing there and then.

So if you fancy taking a day off of work to put some money into your account, catch carona outside and/or have a car salesman style aggressive predatory sales techniques.. this is the place for you but hurry because it’s not open long

Used to be a great bank. Went in to let them know I'm travelling. She replied you have to do online. Moments later my friend went in with the same query. She did it for him online. Seems like they pick and choose who to help

I have a business account and this is the first time I use this branch . Horrible service ..usually bank with kilburn branch and they were fantastic and friendly something I can not say about this branch ..although they are my local branch I will definitely avoid any business with them .

Queued for twenty minutes to pay a cheque into my wife’s account was told rudely that I’m not allowed to do this, and that I should read their terms and conditions, and then was threatened to have the card taken from me.
