Wonderful lady's went above and beyond to help me with my needs the day I visited the branch, with only 10minutes till closing it was more important to them to continue to help me.

Good evening, I want to tell you my unwelcome story with the so-called Halifax bank, the famous Halifax, after I was able to open my online account (switch account) I woke up with a lot of so-called security questions and not only otherwise after openingbranches I was physically in the bank and the staff in Leighton Buzzard began treating me as the last man on the planet. They shut the doors, leaving me waiting about 1 hour, so-called to solve my problems.
The lady manager didn't want to talk to me, too. I can prove by pictures a little video
After a few days Experian
notifies me of the credit subtraction of the score At 777 to 608.The shame will receive it what i'll give you in court!!!

Be aware that this branch has been converted to a lobby style automated service, with four ATMs, some technology and one human to help the uninitiated.
Covid has meant a significant reduction in opening hours and there is no external ATM at street level, compared to every other bank along the High St.

Friendly staff. Really small Halifax but it does the job. Has both machines to take out money and receive.
