I've been using this branch for some time but today I was so disappointed by the customer service. I went in to make a withdrawal and asked the cashier to put the money into three different envelopes. She said she can't so I enquired why she couldn't...she had no answer...Basically just laziness. during the tome I was there I was bring sold to and I have to say that the close they were using was slightly aggressive. I have no problem being asked if I want to switch my mortgage etc, but if I say no thank you then I don't expect the staff to try and force me into it. Natwest what has happened to your sales pitch? I was such a fan of your soft sales approach. I bank with natwest because no matter what branch you go to you always receive the best and most helpful customer service and ur not sold too, unlike barlcays. Today proved otherwise

Great service in the branch, Asif Mohammed the Senior Personal Banker went above and beyond to help me with my finances - this is the kind of service you can't get on an app or over the phone. Keep up the great work and services you provide your customers.

There is no option to give no star I would prefer no star.
I transferred my money from my halifax account to natwest account because natwest is closer to my house and when I went to withdraw the money I was told we can see the money but we cant give it you. Technology has grow so much that u can only see your money but cant touch it. Member of staff called priti said to me that why cant you transfer it back to Halifax and withdraw it from there. This was bit unprofessional no wonder the branches are getting closed when you have staff like this. I work in a bank and we don't treat customers like this.

One of the biggest name on high street bank and you give me this reason this was really frustrating and ridiculous service.

really poor service in this branch, I went in to pay in a smallish amount of money at the window, after which the teller told me in future I should go to the machine instead giving the vibe that my custom wasn't worth her time, I also enquired about upgrading my account to which I was told "not to bother".

NatWest don't want your custom so I advise you find a bank that value you as a customer.

I didn't even want to give a star.

What awful service!!!
No pound coins
No 50p coin
No 20p coin
No 10p coin
Waited outside in the queue for 35 minutes to get this service.
Cashier couldn't transfer the money as well.

I have been trying to open a joint account online however, been unsuccessful. The documents I was uploading were all fine but for some reason, the system wouldn't accept them. It's been weeks and there was no success.
I went to your branch and complained, both Purvi and Toral (I think that is her name) were fantastic, they too couldn't understand the issue and so they took copies of my documents in the branch and did it all manually. They were super apologetic, friendly and got the issue sorted. Purvi made contact a few days later to ensure I was happy and she flagged the issue to your HO who also made contact. The online system is poor and pointless however, the service from Purvi was brilliant. Thank you for the personal service Purvi, for following up and ensuring that the issue was resolved quick and smoothly.

Worst branch in london, never had a satisfying experience here.
Staff are unhelpful and not welcoming at all.
There is a female staff who will suffocate you by just staring deep into your soul.
There is another female staff with a slightly crooked back (can’t remember her name), she is very rude and patronising towards customers (tried it with me, but i asked her to behave professionally).
A male staff named paresh whom i asked to print me a bank statement, looked at me and to my astonishment asked me if it was for a social benefits claim.
I would strongly recommend the bank to implement staff changes at the branch and freshen up everyone’s experience.

Great staff and always willing to help. Couldn't ask for better people at my local branch. Overall management of the branch over the Covid-19 pandemic has also been commendable.
