Very helpful staff, has disabled access.

It's HSBC! At least one branch is still open!

Went in, got taken aside to get shown the new app. Sat down with a regional manager, an assistant and a technician. I was there for an hour and a half but after some difficulty we got the app (connected) going and all learnt something, had lovely conversations and felt like the customer service from all 3 levels was brilliant!
To say thankyou for my time, they sent a bottle of champagne to our house!

Selby HSBC has got it right!

Not helpful always passing you on to phone call centres nt enough advise within the bank face to face absolute disgrace

Friendly helpful staff. But if you work for a living then the place is pointless. Ridiculous opening hours.
