a lot of people in a row! people with disabilities are treated without respect! one person who answers to everyone who enters and wastes a lot of time with those who enter! a great insensitivity to customers!NO RESPECT !!! I do not recommend this unit! of all laughter!

I went in to cash quite a lot of coins and some notes. A very helpful lady asked what I needed, gave me some coin bags and opened a private room for me so I could have the space to do the counting and get it ready at the counter. The lady at the counter was also very helpful, counted the money and crossed check everything. A very helpful branch indeed.

Awful experience, had appointment 1pm and was waiting for 45 minutes before somebody helped me.. what is the point giving appointments if you can’t deal in time?

Visited this branch a few times now most staff are very friendly and helpful especially Linda it the counter very clean and tidy can be busy but this is down to early closing times which is not staff’s vault!!!

i had some bills and chores to be done , i had my husbands card with me.
his card got stuck in the machine and they said he needs to come and collect fair enough but
the cashier said my husband isnt allowed to give his card to his wife.
well im in my maternity leave and household chores including banks are my job .

i am annoyed because banks arent open flexible hours anymore or saturday for him to collect other option was to cancel card.
its just incovinience.

i felt criminal and my husband breaking banking law giving his card to wife. seriously!

i hope bank can suggest solution so that i use my husbands card without feeling criminal in near future.

Phone service is absolutely useless. Keeps taking you round and round with the same questions and options and finally when I’m just about to be connected with an advisor the call hangs up. This happened multiple times. Unacceptable for such a poor system in this day and age.
