The customer service is the best I've experienced so far from any bank in the area. They even offer free umbrellas for customers' use in rainy condition, which to me contrast "modern" day financial services - where banks don't even trust their own customers.
A relaxing atmosphere, polite and friendly staff and a service to be proud of.

Went in today to open a current account as the website was being glitchy for me and the staff could not have been more helpful. My proof of address wasn't sufficient so they helped me in every way they could and advised me on what to provide. Very happy to be banking with TSB.

Great service. But unfortunately I may have to change my bank after all these years to somewhere where I can access as they closed the potters bar branch and surrounding areas for some silly reason and is not convenient for me to get to Enfield when I need to. Such a shame....

Today I am very unhappy with the staff. They very racist and they don’t accept to deposit cash after 4. They only accept who they like to do it because they completely unhelpful. I will definitely change my bank.

useless people, they cash in my bank account one cheque was not for me, it was a mistake from the people who sent to me. they did not notice this (me neither i have to say because i got more than one and the others seemed ok) no just they cash in my bank account waiting for the clearance, the noticed the mistake and still they cleared and validate the cheque definitively in my account(when they knew it was not for me, somebody else, it is not illegal?). thinking it was ok i took out, and later the put my balance negative taking the money, so basically idiots.
